Longarm Quilting Services
Your quilt deserves a finish as beautiful as the work you put into it. We specialize in edge-to-edge quilting — a flowing, consistent pattern stitched across the entire quilt using a computerized longarm machine for precision you can see and feel. Every quilt that comes through our hands is treated like the heirloom it is, because that's exactly what it will become.
You made something beautiful. Let's make sure it lasts.
How It Works
1
Submit the Quilting Form
Tell me about your quilt and your preferences. Your project is unique, and I want to know everything about it!
After you complete the form, I will contact you within 24 hours for any additional information, and tell you where to ship it or drop it off.
2
Mail or Drop Off Your Quilt Top & Back
If you live in the Fox Valley (WI) area, we can make arrangements for drop off/pick up. I recommend getting tracking on your package to be certain your hard work is protected. Once your quilt arrives, I will contact you to finalize the quilting design and other decisions.
3
Let the Quilting Begin!
When your quilt is complete I will send you an invoice and photos showing off the quilting. Once you pay the invoice, I will mail it back to you. I always insure and track client projects, mailing in discreet packaging to protect your work.

Quilting Prep
Review the following requirements to make sure you get the possible best results.
-
Make sure your backing is larger than your quilt top by 4” on all sides. If your quilt top measures at 60" x 72", your backing should be 68" x 80".
-
Press all your seams.
-
Clip loose threads.
-
Square up any uneven edges.
-
Give the quilt top and backing a good press before mailing them.
-
Mark the top of the quilt with masking or painter's tape.
-
If you are mailing your quilt, please fold quilt top and backing separately. Place in a plastic bag to protect it.

Edge-to-edge quilting is 2.5¢ per square inch for most designs. There is a $60 minimum charge per quilt. I am able to quilt tops up to 120" wide. Once you send your quilt, I’ll begin quilting. This starts with measuring your quilt, loading it onto my longarm quilting machine, and quilting. When I’m done, I will send photos of your quilt and an invoice via email. After you pay the invoice, I will ship your quilt back to you! Your quilt will be mailed in discreet, protected and insured packaging.

I use a Hobbs Heirloom Premium 80/20 batting. This batting is 80% cotton and 20% polyester. The added polyester makes it more durable, and less likely to shrink after washing and crease after continued use. This is $14 per yard.
