Please find the updated return policy for My Heart's in Wisconsin, effective June 26, 2026. This policy applies to both online and in-store sales:

1. Returns Only: We accept returns only; no product exchanges are permitted.

2. Exclusions: Clearance items, final sale items, and custom-made products are not eligible for return.

3. Product Condition: Items must be returned in new and unused condition.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the receipt date.

6. Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt.

7. Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
